        ALICE Training

        Alice Web-Based Training (by InFocus)

New Alice training webinars have been scheduled. Participants will log into a Web site, see the Alice program being run, and hear the trainer in real time through your computer speakers. You can then ask questions via live text chat or a microphone on your computer. No telephone connection is needed.

The two-hour Basic training is designed for new agency staff or those who want to brush up on their Alice skills. It will cover call and intake records, services, departures, case notes, basic reporting, and a number of other Alice features. These sessions will be available to any staff except those at an agency that has not yet had its initial
        Alice training.

The one-hour Customization training will cover the three broad areas of customization available in Alice on the Edit, Tools, and Utility menus. Users will come away with a clear understanding of how to configure Alice to meet the needs of individual users and the agency as a whole.

You can reserve a training spot for the basic training at $40 per Internet connection and for the customization training at $20 per Internet connection. One computer logged into the training Web site is one Internet connection. There is no limit on the number of staff who can take part in each training. Here's the schedule:
