        Our Mission

        The Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault creates the social change necessary to end sexual violence.

        SAVAS

        Sexual Assault Victim Advocacy School

        This school addresses the basics of being a victim advocate — whether answering the crisis line, providing medical or legal advocacy, working with a coordinated community response team, or providing outreach in your community. Participants will have opportunities to practice skills necessary to provide comprehensive advocacy for victims. New sexual  assault victim advocates, domestic violence victim  advocates, and other professionals who want to learn more about sexual violence are encouraged to attend.

        This school addresses the needs of being a victim advocate - whether working the crisis line, providing medical or legal advocacy, working with a community coordinated response team or more. Participants will have the opportunity to practice skills necessary to prove comprehensive advocacy for victims. New sexual assault advocates, domestic violence victim advocates, and other professionals who want to learn more information about sexual violence are encouraged to attend.
