        Executive Director The Executive Director is responsible for the daily operations and planning for the overall agency including emergency shelter, several outreach programs, and a thrift store.         Victim Services Specialist  We're looking for a talented individual for our Victim Services Specialist position working with the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) and the Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program. This position is primarily responsible for providing victim-centered, trauma-informed information, notification, and support to victims of sexual assault and individuals enrolled or intending to enroll in the statewide address confidentiality program.

        Bilingual Sexual Assault Victim Advocate The Sexual Assault Victim Advocate is responsible for the administration & development of VIP’s Sexual Assault Advocacy & Latina Outreach Coordination.  This position works with the VIP staff to ensure that services provided meet the needs of Latina sexual assault victims in Kewaunee County.


        Safe Harbor of Sheboygan County Inc, Sheboygan

        Volunteer & Community Engagement Coordinator Responsible for volunteer management efforts including:  volunteer recruitment, volunteer retention and recognition, the planning, facilitation, and maintenance of initial and ongoing training, and the development and scheduling of volunteers across all program areas.Assists in fund development and special event initiatives as directed.  

        Crisis Advocate Responsible for responding to service needs of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, assisting with program and facility needs and assisting with community education and outreach activities as assigned.  This includes providing non-resident and crisis intervention services for victims of domestic violence/sexual assault, their families and the community by tending to shelter, answering hotline calls; assisting walk-in’s, and meeting with victim’s one on one.

        Full Time.  Part Time.

        Hispanic Advocate Provide advocacy and case management for clients, empowering client to learn self-advocacy over time.  Responsible for responding to specific needs of victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault victims and providing community education and outreach to the Hispanic community in Sheboygan County.

        Project Coordinator for Victim Services and Interpersonal Violence Prevention The Project Coordinator for Victim Services is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Violence Against Woman grant, develop and co-chair a Coordinated Campus Response Team, assist in the development and implementation of a healthy masculinity program.         Graduate Assistant for Victim Services - 2 Positions Available

        The Graduate Assistant for the Office of Victim Services is responsible for development of a healthy masculinity peer mentor program, develop resources for Resident Assistants and provide advocacy for survivors.  

        The Graduate Assistant for the Office of Victim Services is responsible for supporting the implementation and expansion of bystander intervention education under the No Excuses campus model and the recruitment, training, and supervision of Peer Advocates.

        Rape Crisis Center, Madison

        The Rape Crisis Center works within Dane County to promote hope, help and healing for those harmed by sexual violence and strives through education and outreach to create social change to end sexual violence. 

        Business Manager The Business Manager works closely with the Executive Director (ED), Board Treasurer, Chair of the Human Resources Committee and as part of the agency's management team, to ensure fiscal accountability, stewardship of charitable and public funds, contract compliance, agency sustainability and adherence to the agency's mission. 

        Marketing and Development Intern The Marketing & Development Office of the Rape Crisis Center initiates annual individual, foundation, and corporate fundraising campaigns and events to help fund our helpline, programming, and educational outreach.

        Outreach Specialist - Bilingual

        • Build and maintain agency reputation in the community and increase knowledge of services for Latin@ survivors.
        • Provide support and information to survivors and the community in writing and through verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
        • Assist in developing and implementing short and long range outreach program goals that further RCC's strategic plan, in conjunction with Director of Client Programming and Bilingual Counselor.

        African American Culturally Responsive Advocate (FT) Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director, the Culturally Responsive Advocate is responsible for supporting and advocating for the adult African-American survivors utilizing the services and programs of New Horizons. The Culturally Responsive Advocate is responsible for exercising discretion and judgment regarding each individual client’s needs to assist the client in obtaining a life free of abuse and its affects.
