        Healer Within (TM) Group Practice

        Learn simple and effective techniques to activate your innate healing power through gentle movement, self-applied massage, breathing exercises, and meditation.

        Storytelling as Self-Care

        Storytelling is an important part of the Latin-American tradition and culture. Join us and take part in a collective circle and storytelling. It will be a liberating experience. (offered in English and Spanish)

        Sexual Assault Workshop

        Presented by Ginna Isunza, DV/SA Advocate. (Offered only in Spanish)

        One Billing Rising Dance Practice

        Learn the dance for the song “Break the Chain,” which is considered the anthem of the One Billion Rising movement, a world‐wide movement to end injustice and abuse against women and girls.

        How to Invite Deliciousness into your Life Everyday

        Learn “simple” self-care techniques that you can utilize throughout the day. These techniques create more balance and self-reflection throughout the day (not necessarily once the day is over). This session will include research that supports the benefits of self care throughout this work.

        Individual Reiki Healing Sessions

        Reiki uses light touch to lower stress, enhance relaxation, relieve pain and increase self-awareness.

        La narración de historias es una parte importante de la tradición y cultura Latino-Americana Acompañanos a formar parte de un círculo colectivo y compartir nuestras historias. Será una experiencia liberante. Ofrecida solo en Español.

        Sesión sobre el Abuso Sexual

        Presentado por Ginna Isunza. Sólo En Español.

        1 Billón en Levante Clase de Danza

        Aprende el baile del tema de la canción “Rompe la Cadena,” la cuál es considerada el Himno del movimiento Un Billón en Levante, movimiento a nível mundial para eliminar la injusticia y el abuso contra mujeres y jovencitas.

        Como atraer las Delicias a tú vida Todos los Días

        Aprende técnicas “sencillas” de auto-cuidado que puedes utilizar a lo largo del dia. Estas técnicas crean más balance y auto-reflección durante el transcurso del día (no necesariamente al finalizar el día). Esta sesión incluíra la investigación que apoya los beneficios del auto-cuidado a través de este trabajo.

        El Sanador que todos llevamos dentro™:

        Práctica en Grupo: Aprende técnicas simples y efectivas para activar tú poder inato de sanación a través de movimientos moderados, autoaplicación de masaje, ejercicios de respiración, y meditación.

        Sesiones de Sanación Individual de Reiki

        En Reiki se usa un toque ligero para reducir estrés, aumentar la relajación, disminuír el dolor e incrementar la auto-concientización.

        Survivors and Allies events are held to bring Wisconsin survivors and their allies together to learn self-care techniques, network and discuss new developments in the sexual assault movement. These events are held throughout the year and throughout the state. Please continue to watch our website for details about future meetings and activities of this group.
