        Bilingual Receptionist - Spanish/English Full Time The Bilingual Receptionist will answer and direct a large and demanding volume of calls from clients, government officials, legal and social service providers. As part of a small team, s/he will direct calls for attorney and support staff at their location and will be responsible for logging calls and messages in our case management database. The Bilingual Receptionist also be responsible for scheduling appointments for attorney; for receiving and recording payments; for sorting incoming mail; occasionally filing legal documents with assorted administrative agencies and courts; for translation of documents from Spanish to English, and for drafting and mailing basic correspondence to clients.

        Alexandra House, Blaine, MN

        Legal Advocate Alexandra House is seeking a full-time Legal Advocate to provide trauma informed advocacy and support services for individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence.

        Primary Responsibilities: Provide individual advocacy within the civil and criminal court systems • Enhance existing and foster new community relationships and partnerships • Educate community members and professionals about domestic and sexual violence and Alexandra House services • Coordinate services with other community and county based agencies on behalf of clients • Collect and monitor data for reporting purposes

        Survivor Support and Victim Advocacy Coordinator The Survivor Support and Victim Advocacy Coordinator is responsible for the development and management of UW-Milwaukee Survivor Support and Victim Advocacy Services and for providing victim advocacy services to UW-Milwaukee student victims of sexual assault, dating violence, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, and/or stalking. The Coordinator provides training to the campus community, oversees sexual violence prevention efforts and initiatives, and builds partnerships with the campus and community agencies that work together to build a safe and healthy environment for students.


        Hope House of South Central Wisconsin, Baraboo

        Advocate Hope House of South Central WI, Inc. is accepting applications for Advocates to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Advocates respond to the immediate health and safety of clients, provide supportive counseling to improve clients coping skills, overall functioning and ability to make decisions during stressful times, and provides other emergency services that are intended to restore the client’s sense of dignity and self-esteem.

        Prevention Education Coordinator Primary responsibility is to develop and facilitate prevention education and awareness presentations to youth and adult audiences throughout Washington County.

        Bilingual Sexual Assault Victim Advocate The Sexual Assault Victim Advocate is responsible for the administration & development of VIP’s Sexual Assault Advocacy & Latina Outreach Coordination.  This position works with the VIP staff to ensure that services provided meet the needs of Latina sexual assault victims in Kewaunee County.
