        Rape Crisis Center, Madison

        Clinical Consultant - responsible for providing clinical support to RCC’s six counselors through individual and group consultation.  Individual or group consultation will occur on an alternating week schedule.  The Clinical Consultant will not act as a supervisor and will work collaboratively with the Director of Client Programming to best meet the needs of the agency, program, and clients using counseling services. The Clinical Consultant is tasked with providing trauma-informed, responsible, ethical consultation, which boosts the competency and capacity of existing staff members providing services in order to best serve survivors of sexual violence in Dane County. 

         

        Bilingual Victim Advocate - The Advocate is responsible for providing crisis intervention services during regular office hours. Crisis intervention services include crisis counseling (on the telephone and in-person), medical & legal accompaniments, systems-based advocacy and general assistance with referrals and community resources.

        UNIDOS, Fitchburg

        Bilingual Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator The Bilingual Outreach Coordinator is responsible for educating the community and spreading awareness related to domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, as well as UNIDOS services in Dane County and surrounding areas.

        Sexual Assault Advocate The Bilingual Sexual Assault Advocate, under the supervision of the Executive Director, will carry out program work in all four of UNIDOS’ core values:

        • Social justice: respecting human dignity and promoting social equity.
        • Education: providing safe venues to dismantle myths about domestic and sexual violence.
        • Empowerment: supporting victims/survivors to seek community driven solutions to end violence.
        • Collaboration: building a strong coalition of victims, survivors and allies.
