This year’s keynote presentation will be presented by Dr. Shana Hormann, an organizational consultant and professor of over 30 years. Dr. Hormann will present her keynote, Strengths and Shadows – – Susceptibility to Trauma and Building Resilience. The Training Institute will also include breakout sessions and the Voices of Courage Awards.
