Standardized Measures
Explanation of what a standardize measure it, why it is important, and what to look for when you select them. These are items tested in research to make sure they are able to measure difficult topics or "constructs," such as self-esteem, perpetration, or resiliency.

Measure Database
This database includes resources where you can find free measures, scales, or surveys specific to sexual assault work by topics below. Topics focus on prevention and advocacy topics but also include community assessment tools and other useful items to sexual assault service providers. Some measures/scales are general examples and others are "standardized measures."
Many examples are provided; there are pros and cons to each measure and WCASA does not endorse any specific options. With questions please contact WCASA for evaluation assistance.
